  • The role of Finance Officer (Payables) at Mother Teresa Catholic College is part of the Finance team. The Finance Officer (Payables) works as part of a team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of financial processing and administration tasks. The role is responsible for the day-to-day running of the accounts payable functions of the College, amongst other clerical duties. The Finance Officer is accountable to the Business Manager, with the Accountant assisting with day-to-day supervision.

  • As a member of the Core Leadership Team of the College, the Business Manager supports the Principal in ensuring the efficient running of the College and its long-term viability. The role is responsible for leading the Administration, Finance and Operational Services areas of the College with the aim of effectively supporting teaching and learning across K-12. In driving the strategic and day-to-day leadership of the College, the Business Manager will effectively lead and manage staff, processes, projects and initiatives.

    The Business Manager will undertake their role in a manner befiting a senior leader in a K-12 Catholic school operating under Catholic Education Western Australia Ltd (CEWA). They will establish and foster working relationships with key stakeholders such as CEWA, the College Advisory Council, the local parish, business manager networks, and government authorities.
